All Stars know you were fantastic at Jill's wedding. Folks are
still raving about you guys. In fact Jill (who I'm sure you realized
was a bit tentative) returned yesterday from the honeymoon and
told me she and Mike thought you guys made the evening. That's
quite an accomplishment given that in my opinion everything else
was perfect as well. Thanks again for the fine musicianship and
professionalism - and patience as well for tolerating the kids
(Brendan & Erin) and me on your bandstand. Hope to have an

The band, the East Rochester
All Stars http://www.eastrochesterallstars.com kept the guests
dancing all night long! The band brought in tambourines, moraccas,
and blow-up saxaphones for people to play with as well. Katherine
said the guests that didn't dance felt like they were at a concert
and were thrilled with the entertainment.

the Allstars),
It is hard for me to believe that
it has been two months since Alex’s Bat Mitzvah. Like any
event that you put such a great amount of effort and planning
into, it seems as if it is over in a blink of an eye. I didn’t
want to let any more time go by without writing and telling all
of you how much we appreciated and enjoyed the band that night.
We have received so many compliments on the party and you and
the band were the real key to the success of the party.
It’s not easy to span the age
differences that we had that night, but Alex and her friends,
as well as the adults were up dancing and having fun. We even
have several family members who are notorious for leaving parties
early, that stayed and partied that night. We also appreciate
that you allowed our family to participate, from the girls singing
to letting Jeff get up and sing with you. You were such good sports
about having him back in a later set too.
Please convey our appreciation to
all of the band members who did such a great job for us. It is
very obvious watching all of you, that you have fun doing what
you do and you are all incredibly talented.

Hi Rich,
It was great seeing you again at the Lilac Festival (even the
weather cooperated). As I shared with you, my wife Alice is recovering
nicely from her cancer surgery. The operation was successful and
her cancer is in total remission. Thanks for your concern. I truly
believe the music of the 'East Rochester All-stars' was a great
aid in her recovery, as we both enjoy your fantastic music, and
we're looking forward to seeing you often at the upcoming festivals
this season.

as well as our guests, were by your performance at our wedding.

Thank you so much for such an incredible time!! You all really did
such a wonderful job. Everyone has been talking about the
band and how much fun they had!! The band really made the
difference!!
We had other people coming to us asking if they could dance at our
wedding (because they were at the other wedding going on at the
same time) and wanted to hear our band instead of the DJ playing
at the reception they were supposed to be at!
You all got everyone going and enjoying themselves. When you gave
people on the dance floor instruments, they were just having a blast!!
You can see how much fun everyone was having from the pictures!!
I am so glad I listened to Jim and we got a band!! It made all the

...To celebrate the New Millennium, The Town of Pittsford put together
what many believe was the most successful New Year's Eve celebration
in Monroe County. With estimates of 2500 party-goers and 6 hours
of fun fireworks, food and music the event was enjoyed by a wide
variety of people. One of the highlights of the evening was the
music and in particular the East Rochester All-star Band.
After booking the All-stars in Mid-January 1999, the group worked
with the P2K Millennium Committee throughout the year ensuring that
the night would be a great celebration by all who attended. The
party was a family function, ages 2 to 94 (our eldest resident),
with a wide variety of music interest. ...Part of our success
is attributed to the All-stars ability to reach the different music
interest and age groups of our party-goers, which was clearly
indicated by a dance floor at capacity and a crowd that moved and
sang in the aisles and seats. A fun time had by all!
The Town of Pittsford received many compliments that night and in
the aftermath of the Millennium Party about our choice in the East
Rochester All-stars. Many have asked that we consider booking them
for our next event.
It is for the reasons stated above that I would highly recommend
the East Rochester All-Star Band for your next event....

Drawing a good crowd is never a problem for this festival, because
